chicken roulade with garlic, carrot, onion, lovage and mozzarella on carrot and orange puree

RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1
clove of garlic
- 1 big onion
- 1 small carrot
- 2 lovage leaves (or 1 teaspoon of dried lovage)
- 1
ball of mozzarella
- salt and pepper

Puree:
- 1/2 orange

- 4 carrots
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream

Instructions

1.
Cut the chicken breast so it's flat. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Dice onion
, garlic, grated carrot and lovage.
Fry until the onion and carrot are soft.
3. Cut mozzarella
into slices.
4. Put fried onion on top of cheese, fold chicken into roulade.
5.
Insert roulade in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Puree:
1. Peel the carrots, cut into slices.
2. Boil
in salted water.
3. Drain
when they are cooked, add the orange segments and cream, blend
.

Serve roulade on top of puree.
